Planning for Success: Manage expectations

Even for a short pilot project, write a short summary of the plan and expected outcomes to manage everyone’s expectations. This should summarise

  1. What you expect the project to achieve
  2. The delivery date
  3. Who will be involved, what their roles will be, and how many man-hours their commitment to the project will entail
  4. What other resources will be needed
  5. How the results will be implemented
  6. How you will measure success
  7. What the final deliverable will be
